Hello all, hope you are enjoying your Father's Day Sunday, for all those whose fathers are present or past! This week has been wonderful, as starting to feel THE TIDE IS TURNING, and starting to receive more enquires about classes and from those looking to get back into a studio environment. It's really interesting to be living through the current thoughts and changes of how modern day yoga is currently taught and how it will be, in the future. I always deep down had a believe people would start to seek the most important part of being human, connection. I am so enthused that people are reaching out to me to ask about classes and are looking to reconnect their yoga back in the 'real world'. I will be very privileged to be a part of anyones exciting journey back to yoga being taught in that studio environment. This is the essence to what I wanted my studio to be about, small, intimate and providing a personal way to experience yoga and build connections with other like minded people. Onwards and Upwards 🙏🏽
