The pregnancy classes are comprehensive and nourishing and welcome complete beginners and experienced Yogis. Classes help you prepare for birth and you also meet other mums-to-be! The classes look at breathing techniques to help during labour; physical movements and poses to help relieve common pregnancy ailments. We look at poses to strengthen the body or increase flexibility; and ways to calm the mind; plus guided relaxation with meditations at the end. .
Remember - As part of your antenatal care you are legally allowed to take time off work to attend a pregnancy yoga class! Speak to your HR department.
The Birth thorugh movement workshop is a complete birth preparation course. Ideal for pregnant women and their birth partners looking for an encompassing birth education programme - it has been fully researched and created in conjunction with Yogakidz, a Yoga Alliance approved school.
This course combines the best inYoga and meditative practices, perfect for helping during birth - it includes specific breathing techniques, positions and movements, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
Bring baby too or come hands free! With full DBS checks in place you can bring your baby with you, as
its a wonderful way to bond with your baby, regain your strength, connect with others. These classes are specially designed to allow you to safely practice Yoga with your baby by your side. Or come along to a MeTime class and enjoy some well-deserved you time, child-free.
