  Why should I consider a private Yoga session?

It's all about you! During a private session you will receive one to one guidance and attention, you will deepen your understanding and execution of the flow. It will awaken your body and will allow you to delve deeper into poses that you would normally not be able to access on your own.

My private lessons will be designed specifically for your body and will reflect where you currently are in your practice. These sessions may be treated therapeutically; with attention to your specific request or as an opportunity to deepen your knowledge if already practising. 


Whether you are just starting out in Yoga practice, looking for a more challenging session or even  just very busy. Whatever the motivation you will gain understanding and connection to your body and practice and have a self care programme to aid your well-being.
  

  
What to expect from a private Yoga session

Private sessions are focused totally on you and what you want to achieve. Structured in the same way as classes and created with your personal input and a time that fits with your schedule. Private sessions can be from one hour to one and a half hours long.
Before the session I need to find out about you . Together we will complete a short consultation form, which will let me know your current level of proficiency and what you want to achieve through the sessions. At the start of a session we talk through the consultation form and I will answer any questions before we practice Yoga. Throughout the session you will always be free to ask questions and we will work together to help you develop your practice and reach your goals.

Private session can also be for pregnancy or post natal. A private could be shared by two people, so if you have a friend or partner theycould come too.

  First private session​​

My first session with you is a fact finding mission. I will seek to understand your personal level of experience and your future yoga goals. This can take up to fifteen minutes in order for me to gain the depth of information I need to subsequently complete your plan. During the remainder of the session I will assess you on a practical level, observing you in a variety of poses that will complete my analysis and enable me to tailor your personal plan and assess strengths and weaknesses.  In subsequent sessions you will get to know more about each pose in depth and we will ensure you get the posture exactly right.

Packages

Lessons can be either 60 minutes or 90 minutes in length. Scheduling appointments for individual lessons must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled lesson time.To allow some flexibility, individual or package lessons can be taken over a six month period from the date of purchase. Once purchased, lessons will be  non-refundable and
non-transferable.  If there is a need to cancel a lesson this can easily be rescheduled, as long as the minimum notification has been provided
