Service Description
You may be asking is pregnancy yoga good for you? What specifically can pregnancy yoga do to help you feel great and stay calm during the most important nine months of your life? Pregnancy yoga practice is designed to support the changes that happen in a pregnant body. Pregnancy yoga tones the physical body, especially the pelvic floor, hip, and abdominal core muscles, in preparation for the birthing process. A properly toned muscle has the right balance between length and strength. Using relaxation and breathing techniques will help MUM2B stay calm, as when we're afraid, we tighten up. That tightening leads to a "fear-tension-pain cycle." Yoga can help you remain present and calm in labour. Also the other benefits of pregnancy yoga will be joining a community with other expectant MUMS2B. The class becomes a pregnancy support group. Early Cancellations must be submitted 4 hours prior to class time. Members may Early Cancel a booked class 4 hours or more before class start time without a penalty. Class cancellations can be submitted via your online account, our branded app, via email or by texting.
